The Pomodoro timer alternates focused work with short breaks. Start it, then go and study: it keeps running while you move around Clamly.

Start a session

  1. Open Pomodoro.
  2. Press start. The timer counts down your focus time, then switches to a break on its own, then back to focus.
  3. The four marks under the timer show where you are in a set of four sessions.
The defaults are 25 minutes of focus and a 5 minute break. Open the timer durations to change them: focus can be 1 to 120 minutes, and a break 1 to 60.

The mini timer

Once a session is running, a small timer stays pinned in the corner of every dashboard page. Go from a quiz to your notes to Clamly Chat and the countdown carries on.
If you reload the page or close the tab, a running timer is paused rather than lost. Open Clamly again and resume where you left off.

Your focus time

The Pomodoro page shows sessions and focus minutes for this run, today and this week. Your focus minutes also feed the study habits charts in Analytics, and completed sessions count toward the Focused and Flow State achievements.
