$9.99 / monthFull access to every Clamly feature, including advanced AI tools and priority support. Monthly or annual billing available.
Choosing annual billing on Starter or Pro saves you money compared to paying month by month. The option to switch is available when you upgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to the Billing Page

Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of Clamly, then select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Choose a Plan

Review the Starter and Pro plan details and click Upgrade on the plan you want. Select monthly or annual billing.

Enter Payment Details

You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your card details there. Clamly never handles or stores your payment information directly.

Confirm Purchase

Click Subscribe to complete the upgrade. Your new plan activates immediately and your upgraded features are available right away.

Managing Your Subscription

Once you have an active paid plan, you can manage every aspect of your subscription from the Clamly Billing page or the Stripe customer portal.

Update your payment method, download invoices, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel your subscription.

Open the Billing Page

Go to Account → Billing in Clamly.

Click Manage Subscription

Click the Manage Subscription button to open your Stripe customer portal in a new tab.

Make Your Changes

In the Stripe portal you can update your card, switch billing frequency, view past invoices, or cancel.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Open the Stripe Customer Portal

From the Clamly Billing page, click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal.

Cancel Plan

Select Cancel plan and follow the confirmation steps.

Access Until Period Ends

After cancelling, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that, and your account automatically moves to the Free plan.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or any of your study data. Everything you’ve created in Clamly stays intact on the Free plan.

Payment Security

Clamly uses Stripe to handle all payment processing. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider — the highest level of certification available.
No. Your card number, CVV, and other payment credentials are entered directly into Stripe’s secure, encrypted checkout page. Clamly never sees, receives, or stores your card details at any point.
Clamly stores only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — the information needed to know which plan you’re on. No card data of any kind is held on Clamly’s servers.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@clamly.app with your request and order details.
