Clamly’s status page gives you a real-time view of how the platform is performing. If something feels off — slow load times, failed requests, or features not responding — the status page is the first place to check.

Live Status Page

The status page monitors three core components of the Clamly platform:
  • Web App — the main Clamly interface you use in your browser
  • API — the backend services that power quizzes, flashcards, AI features, and more
  • Database — the data layer that stores your notes, decks, groups, and account information
The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, so you always see an up-to-date picture without needing to reload manually.

What to Do if Something Is Down

If you’re experiencing an issue with Clamly, follow these steps:
  1. Check the status page first. Visit clamly.app/status to see whether a known incident is already being investigated. If a component shows degraded performance or an outage, the team is likely already aware and working on a fix.
  2. Wait and retry. Most incidents are resolved quickly. Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try again in a few minutes.
  3. Contact support if the issue persists. If the status page shows everything is operational but you’re still experiencing problems, reach out to the Clamly team at support@clamly.app. Include your account email, a description of the issue, and the approximate time it started so the team can investigate efficiently.
Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. During maintenance, some features may be temporarily unavailable even if the status page does not show a full outage.
