# Streaks and achievements

> How your daily streak is counted, and all 22 achievements with what unlocks each one.

## Your streak

Your streak is the number of days in a row you have studied. It sits in the header on every dashboard page.

**What counts as studying:**

* Finishing a quiz
* Reviewing flashcards
* Completing a Pomodoro focus session

Opening Clamly, reading notes or editing todos does not count. The streak measures studying, not visits.

**When a day starts and ends:** your streak uses your own time zone, and a study day runs from **4:00 in the morning to 3:59 the next morning**. A session that runs past midnight still counts for the evening it started.

**Keeping it alive:** if you studied yesterday but not yet today, your streak is at risk but not lost. Study at any point today to extend it. Miss a whole day and it starts again from 1. With **Streak warnings** on in [Settings](/account/settings#notifications), Clamly reminds you before it breaks.

## Achievements

There are 22 achievements in 7 categories. They unlock by themselves the moment you meet the goal, and there is nothing to claim. See your progress on the **Achievements** page.

<Tip>
  The quiz achievements count **different** quizzes, so playing the same quiz ten times counts once. Perfect scores count every time.
