# Contact

I read every message, and most replies go out within one business day.

## Before you write

* Check [status.clamly.app](https://status.clamly.app) in case something is already down.
* Search these guides with <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd>, or try [Troubleshooting](/help/troubleshooting).

## Reporting a bug

A useful bug report has:

1. **What you did**, step by step
2. **What you expected**, and **what happened instead**
3. The exact **error message**, if there was one
4. Your **device and browser**, for example *"Pixel 8, Chrome"* or *"MacBook, Safari"*
5. A **screenshot**, if you can

Write from the email address on your Clamly account, so I can find it. **Never send your password or a recovery code.** Clamly will never ask for them.

## Support chat

If you have allowed support cookies, a chat bubble in the app reaches support directly. Change that choice with **Cookie preferences** in [Settings](/account/settings#privacy).

## Reporting content

To report a public quiz that is offensive, illegal or copies your work, use **Report** on the quiz in [Discover](/together/discover#report-a-quiz), or email a link and the reason.
